About me
Hi! I’m Sabrina, a California native and lifelong artist.
Upon graduating from Cornell University, I returned to my California roots and began creating art seriously in 2014. Enamored of figures and form, I began making commissioned portraits of friends and their pets using watercolor, colored pencils, and gouache. In the last year, I’ve committed fully to oil painting, expanding my repertoire to landscapes and portraits based on found family photos from the 1950’s and beyond.
I grew up camping, swimming, going to shows and taking film photos in Southern California. I collect vinyl records and am passionate about sustainable food systems. I collect and treasure contemporary artwork, mainly made by my talented friends. My husband and son mean the whole world to me.
